Meet our founder
Hi, I'm Wildiah.
Service has never been something I chose. It's something I was built for, and it's what fuels my mission.
Before Grow & Thrive, I managed community initiatives and programs in the nonprofit and government sectors, where service was the whole role. Plans only mattered if they turned into something real for the people they were meant to impact.
Then I started working alongside founders and kept seeing the same thing. They had clients, a team, real support around them, but their most meaningful work still sat untouched and they were drowning trying to lead all of it.
So I built Grow & Thrive, because purpose-driven work, impact, and community deserve quality care and attention without the burnout.
